(1) The children who cannot acquire education of the basic level upon studying full time after getting admission to a school due to unavailability of the school which is convenient to them or any other reason shall have the right to get alternative education up to such level.
(2) Other provisions relating to alternative education up to the basic level shall be as prescribed.
